Q. What kind of service is JAPAN EXPERIENCE WONDER?

A. Japan Experience Wonder is a Japanese cultural experience reservation site where you can experience and learn Japanese culture from instructors.

All instructors are current professionals, so even beginners can have a fun, safe, and authentic experience.

Q. How do I cancel a reservation?

A.
1. Click the "Contact Us" button on the reservation confirmation e-mail,
The reservation management page for travelers opens, and click "View Details.

2. Confirm the cancellation details and click "Cancel Reservation".

If you wish to cancel within 3 days of the event, please contact yamada@shuminavi.co.jp.
100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Q. What is the process to confirm a reservation?

A. Deposit system is used.
First, please select the dates available for reservation and make your purchase. Please pay 1% of the sales price as a deposit by credit card.
(The reservation is tentative.)

Once we confirm the availability and the reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to pay the remaining amount by credit card.
(The reservation will be confirmed.)

(In case of unsuccessful reservation)
Deposit fee will be returned if the reservation is not confirmed.

Q. What payment methods does JAPAN EXPERIENCEWONDER accept?

A. We accept payment by Strip.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Q. What time zone is the tour in, Japanese or local?

A. All times are listed in Japanese time zone.

Q. What happens if I am late on time on the day of the event?

A. Please inform the instructor that you will be late.
Unfortunately, if you are late, you will not be able to take the experience. Please understand.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. No cancellation fee will be charged up to 3 days prior to the event date. Cancellation less than 3 days prior to the event date will be charged 100% of the cancellation fee.

Q. How do I change my reservation details?

A. To change the date or time, cancel once and purchase again.

Q. What is the process after the reservation is confirmed?

A. You will receive an email from the instructor who will be in charge of the day of the class with the start date, time, and meeting place.
If you have any questions about the experience until the day of the class, please contact the instructor directly via that email.
